ADHD coaching is about making the present workable.
We don’t analyze your personality.
We work with decisions, structure, and execution.

No. This is not therapy. Coaching is focused on movement and future action, as opposed to therapy, that’s more focused on passed events and how they effect your actions. 

You don’t need a diagnosis per se. If you have ADHD or or ADHD like symptoms, I can help you

Most people experience noticable effects after 3-5 sessions. It’s all tailored to your needs and wishes.
